What is Pilates?
The Pilates method is a form of exercise designed to condition the entire body. The technique focuses on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and the spine in good alignment. Using the following 8 principles the philosophy teaches the fusion of mind and body.

Everyone! Almost everybody can benefit from practicing Pilates. As every exercise can be progressed from a beginner level to advanced, or modified to assist with an injury, the most sedentary person to a super fit athlete can enjoy, and achieve results from Pilates.

PIlates Mat Classes
Exercises developed from the original movements created by Joseph Pilates. Focusing on correct technique, breathing and relaxation. Designed to improve mobility, increase core strength, and develop body tone.
 
One on One PIlates Private Training
Luci will work with you to develop a training schedule where every exercise is planned to suit your individual needs and give you the results you are seeking. Sessions are in a private, relaxed environment, where you can work out in comfort, really enjoying the Pilates experience from Remuera Studio.
Sessions will include a wide variety of exercises including mat work and specialised Pilates equipment.
